I had a relaxing stay at the hotel with excellent views of the Pacific Ocean from my very comfortable and clean room. The professional room design was impressive, although I missed having a microwave for convenience. The service was a mix of rudeness and knowledge, yet overall helpful and abundant. The location was exceptional, close to the beach and tourist areas, although the entrance behind a big block was not inviting. The dining experience during my stay was delicious, although the heat and long buffet waiting line were drawbacks. The facilities were top-notch with great amenities and modern furnishings.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with an amazing sea view and a lovely balcony. The room was fantastic with an awesome view, but it would have been even better with a microwave. The only downside was the lack of microwaves and sufficient garbage receptacles.
